We are a duly registered low tables service and rental entity, dedicated to providing a unique picnic experience where nature becomes the perfect backdrop, accompanied by a light gastronomic offering. We offer our services throughout the island, aiming to showcase locations and tourist attractions with high development potential, such as beaches, parks, forests, public or private landscapes.

Discovering Beauty in Nature and Business: The Story of Ivonne and Oasis Picnic

My name is Ivonne, and I introduce myself to you with a heart full of passion for nature and creating unforgettable moments. I am the founder of Oasis Picnic, a project that has taken my personal and professional passions to new heights.

I've always found a fascination in discovering new places and immersing myself in nature. Connecting with the natural environment fills me with energy and happiness. But like everyone else during the pandemic, I missed those rejuvenating walks in nature. That's when I decided to turn my longing into a tangible and warm experience.

My journey began with the creation of a romantic outdoor dinner, a special picnic for my partner. During this encounter, I realized I had merged two of my greatest passions: nature and being a hostess. The feeling of creating a unique and welcoming outdoor environment was extraordinary. I shared my experience with my colleagues, describing the pleasure I had experienced in every detail of the evening.

Unexpectedly, the opportunity arose to bring this experience to someone else. A friend requested that I organize a similar picnic to celebrate her anniversary. It was at this moment that the entrepreneurial spark ignited in me. I realized there was a business opportunity in offering this service that combined nature, good food, and the creation of special memories.

In February 2021, with enthusiasm and determination, I founded Oasis Picnic. What began as an experience for two people has evolved, and we now have the capacity to serve up to 50 people at low tables. But we didn't stop there. We ventured into working with larger groups , up to 200 people, combining the picnic experience with guided historical tours. Each event thus becomes a day that not only celebrates nature and good company, but also the cultural and historical richness of the places we visit.

It is the first and only company authorized by the federal government through its National Park Services agency to operate on the grounds of Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal.

Endorsed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and the only picnic company certified to the highest standards in the tourism industry.

My focus is not limited to business development; I also constantly seek to improve my skills. I am currently pursuing an Event Coordination certification from Sacred Heart University. This pursuit of knowledge not only enhances my event planning skills but also reflects my commitment to providing the best to my clients.

Oasis Picnic isn't just a venture for me; it's the culmination of my love for nature and my desire to share meaningful moments with others. Each event is a new adventure, an opportunity to create memorable experiences.
