Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We are available to set up in most public parks in the San Juan area, as well as any private space you have access to (like your own home/backyard!). If you're having trouble choosing a location, we can provide you with a list of our preferred locations. If you're interested in a beach setup, please contact us to discuss further.
Where can I have my picnic?
The picnic time is 2 hours, if you need additional time, please contact us to coordinate.
The customer arrived more than 15 minutes late for the picnic. 0-10 minutes without charge.
If you desire additional time beyond the scheduled hours, an additional fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged.
How many hours does the picnic last?
Please note that once the booking has been made and the deposit fee has been received, any cancellation will result in a non-refundable refund. If you wish to reschedule, we ask that you notify us with 48 hours' notice, and the rescheduled date should be within 3 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We secure the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled and secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure of personal data under our control and custody. However, the transmission of data over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be guaranteed.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If the customer leaves the picnic unattended, and before we return to pack up, they are responsible for the total cost of the picnic rental depending on the items stolen or missing.
The customer is responsible for all picnic items; if any item is damaged, missing, or broken, the customer pays the replacement cost of the item.
What if the customer leaves the item unattended or damages it?

Oasis Picnic LLC is not legally responsible for any on-site injuries or compensation for medical use during your event. As part of the rental setup, Oasis Picnic is not responsible for any illegal or criminal activity that may occur on-site. Guests are responsible for their behavior and must adhere to park and city rules.
